The tradition continues. For over 40 years, families and young people from US and Canadian Slavic churches have gathered annually in the Pocono Mountains. These retreats are founded upon meeting with God in a Christ-centered atmosphere.

Ross Kibodeaux

Ross Kibodeaux has served in full-time ministry for 10 years, ministering in both pastoral and itinerant roles. Since 2021, he has served as a teacher at Summit International School of Ministry, investing in the next generation of leaders with a heart for biblical clarity and spiritual formation. Ross is passionate about encouraging the body of Christ to grow in faith, walk confidently in truth, and live out the gospel with conviction and hope.

Please Read before registering

We are excited to see you at this year’s retreat. To create an environment that is Christ-centered, safe, and enjoyable for all, we ask every attendee to agree to the following expectations.All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with Christian values and to respect the rules of the campground and retreat leadership.This includes, but is not limited to:
- Observing the established curfew
- Not being present in rooms or cabins of the opposite gender
- Attending all scheduled services and retreat activities
- Dressing appropriately
- Treating camp leadership, speakers, and volunteers with respect
- Caring for and respecting the campgrounds and facilities
- Being respectful of other camp guests.
For the 2026 Retreat, neither offsite guests nor commuters will be permitted. All guests are encouraged to remain on the campgrounds for the entire weekend.As part of registration, each attendee will be asked to provide the name of their church and a pastor, youth leader, or parent(s) name/phone number.If a guest feels unable to meet these expectations, we respectfully ask that they not attend this year’s retreat. Failure to adhere to this code of conduct may result in appropriate disciplinary action by camp leadership, up to and including dismissal from the campgrounds.Thank you for partnering with us to create a retreat environment that honors Christ and serves our youth well.

Rate Rules


Room rates are for 2 nights.
 Check In March 13, 2026
 Check Out March 15, 2026
Meal prices include
 Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner on Saturday, March 14, and
 Breakfast and Lunch on Sunday, March 15.

No meals are served by Spruce Lake on Friday, March 13. Instead, we will be arranging refreshments Friday night.
All overnight guests must pay for two nights and 5 meals.Cancellation Policy: We are looking forward to seeing everyone at this year's Family Camp. We know unforeseen circumstances do come up, however our group has certain contractual obligations after a specified date.
As a result, we are able to provide a full Refund up until February 28, 2026. After February 28, 2026, no refund will be provided.
We will accept name changes up until March 6, 2026, if you are able to find a replacement. However, NO reimbursements or re-invoicing will be transacted by our team.

The rooms that have 1 Queen bed and 1 single bed are designed for 3 persons.
The camp will allow a sleeping mat to be in the room to make 3-person rooms have a capacity for 4 persons.

Commuters

There will not be a commuter option this year. All camp guests must be registered and have a room at the Spruce Lake campgrounds.


Registration

  • Camp guests are expected to attend all worship services and be on time.

  • Do NOT use cell phones/electronics or chat with others during the service.

  • Proper attire is expected for every service.

  • Do NOT bring coffee/tea into the worship hall.

  • If you would like to participate in the service, including the testimonies or worship, contact a camp leader.

  • Absolutely NO girls are allowed in boys’ rooms and NO boys in girls’ rooms. If you need anything, please speak to one of the leaders.

  • QUIET hour begins at 11pm. Do NOT slam doors.

  • Treat the campgrounds respectfully by cleaning up after yourselves.

  • Commuter guests are not allowed to stay on the campgrounds overnight and must leave by 11:00pm.

  • Guests who act in a disorderly manner, will be asked to leave the campgrounds.

Leave at Home

  • No Alcohol

  • No Cigarettes, e-Cigarettes

  • No Inappropriate attire

  • No Weapons

Daily Guest With Meals...$100 per person

The commuter pass allows guests to visit the campgrounds each of the three days of camp without staying overnight. Commuters must pre-register. Meal tickets must be purchased in advance and cannot be purchased on site.
Commuter Registration for the 2023 Winter Retreat is now closed. We hope you can join us next year.
